[00:00:00] Speaker A: You're listening to the Wild Woman with Sarah Diop. Remembering your wild one episode at a time.
Hello, welcome to the Wild Women Spotlight. On this episode we are talking with Michelle Rose La Rochelle. She is an intuitive energy healer and a telepath and she's come on the show to talk about her channeled book series called the Wavelength.
[00:00:22] Speaker B: Thanks Michelle for being on the show.
[00:00:24] Speaker C: Thank you for having me.
[00:00:26] Speaker B: Yes.
So why don't you tell us and my listeners why we should read your book.
[00:00:31] Speaker C: Well, the Wavelength series, it's a 12 book series, all channeled conversations. I would say it's probably similar to one person that has read it is like a modern day version of Conversations with God. That's kind of the way that they've explained it. It's basically like journaled conversations that sort of walk you through every stakes, every experiences and how to shift your energy into a space of being able to receive and sort of recognizing your own limitations that prevent you from moving into the next phase of your awareness or sort of manifesting experiences. Because we have all these sort of hidden conditioned beliefs and fears, societal, you know, pressures and norms and structures as well as like ancestral beliefs.
So we're kind of at this time frame in reality where we're moving at a pretty rapid evolutionary pace and we're all still stuck. Whether it's just like whether you're spiritual or religious or whatever, we're all still stuck in this sort of timeline of using those same tools that are sort of from a less evolved mentality and trying to create in this more advanced like magnetic time. So it's very easy to read their conversations. I chanted, channel these angelic benevolent beings and I transcribe everything directly into the books. I ask the questions they walk me through and they walk me through in a way that people can understand, sort of relate to their own experiences. And it sort of makes you reflect in as like a lot of self help books do, but it makes you sort of reflect in and sort of bring up these traumas and beliefs that are holding you back from just being in a state of peace, you know. And so it's different in the sense a lot of people don't want.
Like some people are religious and stuff will scare them or they're very restrictive in their beliefs of this is my modality or this is this.
[00:02:31] Speaker D: Right.
[00:02:31] Speaker C: So I really wanted to have sort of like a baseline of this transcends all religion, all spiritual modalities and basically is taking basic concepts that everybody knows but sort of breaking it down in a simplistic way that people can understand.
The messages are a little repeating, but it walks through different daily life experiences that we all go through. Right. Like I own two businesses and I have employees and I deal with contractors and all of these issues and they sort of walk me through what I'm doing to magnetize these experiences to me based off of my fears are based off of my conditioning from traumas, from the youth. And it helps sort of unpack that so that you can recognize it and move to the next lesson essentially. So it really helps people move forward. And this is the wavelength of your peer intention is. It's a smaller book, but it, it's sort of the groundwork for the sort of unraveling of the next books. And each series gets into a deeper, deeper, deeper conversation where you're sort of just like unearthing and information, not pointing at others, what they're doing, pointing at like what is it that you're doing. Yes, you're having problems with other people in the world, but how to change yourself in order to move that next phase of awakening or, or whatever it is you seek.
[00:03:52] Speaker B: You know, that's one of the things I wanted to talk about, about the book because you said like a spiritual awakening. So one of the things I read in the book is this is to help people shift from fear, anxiety and insecurity towards a life rooted in love, acceptance and harmony. And I read a little bit of the book as well, because thankfully you sent it to me. And in the beginning they're like, this is all very. You have to focus on your heart, like opening your heart. There's even a heart stir meditation.
So I just wondered if you can elaborate on the whole like spiritual awakening part.
[00:04:27] Speaker D: For me personally or for the book? In the book?
[00:04:30] Speaker A: Both.
[00:04:30] Speaker B: Let's do both.
I would love to hear both. Let's do it.
[00:04:34] Speaker C: Okay.
[00:04:34] Speaker D: Well, I mean, because a lot of the stories are my, you know, stuff that's happening with me. I mean, for me personally, I've been on a personal journey of like a lifetime. I mean, I'm 49, I'm going to be 50 this year. And my father gave me Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill when I was like 16.
And that sort of shifted things for me because I had psychic stuff going on and a lot of, you know, issues. He's, he's also telepath. And so there was a lot of these things that we don't understand about the environment. Right. Of energy.
And then you've got that deep rooted emotional wounds of like society. I Grew up in a church on my mother's side that was evangelical. So I was immediately like, I'm a bad person, you know? You know what I mean? Like, there's just all that stuff. So I was like anti religion and anti Jesus and, you know what I mean, in my adulthood, you know, searching for that spiritual understanding in other places. And essentially I shut down my ability to feel, you know, in heart. Like I can give love to others because I was taught that, but I didn't know how to receive. And so part of this experience, like moving into this is I studied modalities. I studied healing modalities. I was studying to be a medical intuitive. I was doing all this stuff, but could never get to that next point, right? Because we're conditioned by fear, which is
[00:06:01] Speaker C: what they talk about a lot.
[00:06:03] Speaker D: And a lot of that has to do with feeling unequal. And the entire series is about feeling unequal. And when you feel unequal, there's an energy of fear, right? You're always looking at people above you or below you.
Essentially. You keep love from yourself based off of this feeling of inequality. As we move into the rest of the series, they go deeper and deeper into that. And that's really the root of suffering, essentially for all of us because we are placed in a position where we're constantly comparing ourselves to others, whether it's the next tier above us or the tier below us.
And that creates an emotional reaction. And then from that fear we project anger, hatred, jealousy, whatever, or we project that on ourselves. Is then creates a magnetic resonance. That fear is aligned with your pure intention, which is what they talk about in the wavelength of your pure intention.
These wavelengths are like radio responders, right? And so they're communicating with the universe, and they're bringing you the experiences that align with your emotions. And so they say, like, you know, don't project onto others or onto yourself. Those words are easier said than done because we have an entire lifetime where we've been conditioned by our family and our ancestors to create an enemy out of the other if they are different than us. And then you end up creating these fear responses. What happens is we keep ourselves in this constant state of fear, which is then magnetizing experiences to us because this Earth is ruled by gravity, which we get into in later books and chapters, but that's bringing this resonance. So a lot of times people don't know what their pure intent is. And this is what the first book talks about, is getting you to recognize some of the emotions that you have aligned with the thoughts that you're projecting because the thoughts have no energy until you have an emotion behind it. And you create through emotion, not through thought projection alone. And so essentially it goes through that. It's sort of just like laying some, like, foundation, you know, for the information that's going to be coming through in these later books and chapters about how your emotions are actually creating your reality based off of your pure intent. And those wavelengths that we have, Right. That people talk about, you're not on the same wavelength. You're on the same wavelength. Right.
What we don't realize is we're magnetizing people to us that are not for our highest and best good. Right. Because we have our own fears and our own insecurities based off of inequality. And so we think they're the one, they're the problem. Right. They're the one treating me poorly. Well, our underlying emotion is that pure intent, which is like deep, deep, deep rooted.
And once we can access that, then we can sort of recognize it and begin shifting that energy so that we can shift our wavelengths not through thought, through emotion. And the only way to do that is understanding the truth of the heart. Right.
Which, you know, I studied for 25 or 30 years about the heart going to your heart. And I was like, yeah, okay, you know, because you're in society and I can give it, I can give it. But this is really more about learning to sort of bring that energy back into you, you know, connecting with that heart space which all healing modalities and religions talk about. But our perception of love is very different based off of empathy, which we'll talk about later. They really talk about really moving away from empathy and into compassion because empathy is your emergency response system, and that's how we feel in this world. So everybody's feeling, feeling their energy, feeling sorry for themselves, feeling sorry for others, and that's where there's this dualistic energy with wavelengths with empathy and with equality.
[00:10:18] Speaker B: Yeah, no, I completely agree. I was actually just talking to someone who's an empath. Yeah. And saying, like, she was like, I need to create more boundaries. And it's like, I think you need to shift the perception of what being an empath is. You don't have to take on other people's energy.
[00:10:32] Speaker D: Right.
[00:10:32] Speaker B: Anyway, that's so interesting that you said that because I just talked to somebody about that last week.
[00:10:37] Speaker D: Yeah, yeah. Well, that's kind of a hard thing because we've all been like, in trained to be like, empathy is. It's a virtue of our existence. Right. So people are, I'M an empath. Well, yes, there are people that feel more, there are people that hear more, sense more, you know, whatever. But we're all empathetic, every single one of us. We're feeling human beings, and our emergency empathy body is how we sense in the world. Right. But we've been entrained to override our empathy body to based off of who we align with. Our tribe, our family, our church, our culture, our government. Right. And so what happens is this is how we end up getting taken advantage of, or this is how we end up harming ourselves, which is what's happening in the world right now. All the propaganda, all that stuff, Right. So we are essentially harming ourselves. And the empathy goes both ways because it's a feeling energy. Right. So a lot of people feel empathy for themselves. Right. They're just so deeply empathetic for themselves. That's a magnetic energy.
And when you feel that you're going to attract to you. This is why religion and I mean, I'm going a little deeper now, but this is why religion and in different cultures have entrained people to feel sorry for themselves. You end up oppressing yourself based off of feeling unequal through judgment and comparison, while everybody else is moving ahead or, you know, stepping on or stepping over you. And, you know, it's easier to be the victim and blame other people, but you have the tools, we have the tools to get out of that, you know, and so this is kind of like laying the groundwork for that.
[00:12:24] Speaker B: I love it.
[00:12:25] Speaker A: Yeah, I love it.
[00:12:26] Speaker B: One of the other things I wanted to say about your book. Your book is beautiful. It's very beautiful. But it's also textilely beautiful. Like the pages also. I don't know if you did that intentionally.
[00:12:38] Speaker D: Yeah.
[00:12:38] Speaker B: But the pages are so, so soft and almost silky. Then there's like, almost like grass paper on the outside. It's textually really nice, too.
[00:12:49] Speaker D: Right. Yeah. So I'm an art. Yeah, I'm. See, that was my thing. I am. I have a fashion and background, and I also. I own a wedding and event florist in a retail boutique. My husband and I, we design and make products. So for me, I'm very like natural materials. I wanted it to feel like linen. I wanted, when you touch it, you could feel like it's all those experiences. Right. But it doesn't feel like that's what it is.
[00:13:18] Speaker B: I'm like, oh, I love this book. And then when I opened it, I was like, oh, and inside, too.
[00:13:23] Speaker D: Yeah. I mean, I wanted the cream page I wanted the numbers and really I wanted them to feel awake because for me everything's everything. The hand of a material.
And it was so expensive to do like a real linen, like hardcover. And I was like, I want this accessible, but I want a different experience. I don't want it to be like other self help books. To me this is like an expression of art. And you know, you sense it. Like you either get it or you don't. You know, the thing too is I was kind of down on myself. I was like, it's gotta be a certain way for people to see it, you know? Cause I was in that marketing brain. But I was like, no, I want this to feel good to me.
And that's how you create in the world, right? And so I had this vision and people are like, you have to put your face on it, you have to do this. And I was like, no, I don't want to do that. And I was like, you know what, I don't even care. I don't care if anybody buys it, if they're going to be drawn to it, to the energy, and that's who is going to gain a benefit from it, you know?
[00:14:20] Speaker B: Well, I'm telling listeners, you have to pick up this book just even if you don't read it.
[00:14:26] Speaker D: Yes.
[00:14:27] Speaker B: Feel it. It feels so amazing. I really like it.
One last question before we sign off.
So it says it has a heart Star meditation. And in it, the one of the questions you ask, like how often should you do it? Then they say, do this every day kind of thing.
Like I read it, but I was wondering if you have a meditation you've done like online or anywhere.
[00:14:50] Speaker D: I. I'm going to be probably doing something online. Like we actually have a YouTube setup and all that stuff. But I haven't done it because I just haven't had time. Also I'm working through the emotions of like being on screen, you know what I mean? Being on screen. Because I kind of just want to do my art thing, do my channeling and just put it out there, you know. But I understand that this is part of the experience. You have to communicate. I like doing one on one. I like, you know, doing healings on people or doing small groups. So that's kind of the direction we're gonna go with it. As we get into the fifth book, there is another meditation that I'm going to be including.
I would like to take some of the material. Like I have about 10,000 pages worth of just like untouched material that will probably end up being Put online in some sort that hasn't ended up in the books down the line. I definitely want to do that. I'm like a high energy person. So this energy, the healing's coming through the guides, right? The angels, they're the ones. Because it's very like, you feel it. I'm a fast talker, you know, and so when I do my healings on people too, like the channels come through and it's very direct. And I'm not a coddler. I'm not, you know what I mean? I'm. I have love, but I'm very direct. I don't know how I will be guiding people. And, you know, with these meditations, I might bring somebody in who has that sort of Zen, like energy to. To. To do that. Right. Because people really resonate with that. I mean, people resonate with me. I can talk to anybody. But it's one of those things that it'll unfold, let's put it that way, you know, because I don't want to follow the same guidelines I of everything, you know, this is just. I don't want to, like, resist, but I also don't want to do what everybody else is doing, you know, And I want to make sure it comes from the heart. And I don't want to do it just because I'm supposed to. You, you know, does that make sense?
[00:16:51] Speaker B: No.
Completely. Completely.
[00:16:53] Speaker A: And you know what?
[00:16:54] Speaker B: I can also, in the show notes, just put your YouTube station. And if you ever do do that, then.
[00:17:00] Speaker D: Okay.
[00:17:00] Speaker B: And if you don't, I can read it and do it like it's not a long meditation. But I was just curious because I do lots of guided meditation.
[00:17:09] Speaker D: Yeah, I want that.
Yeah, that's what it's there for. I mean, this is not.
Yes, I'm putting the material in. Yes, it's my life stories, but I am sort of like the conduit of information from a higher source. Right. And so to me, this is not about monetization. Do you know what I mean? Like, yes, you want to buy my book? Yes. If I'm doing an event and you want to come speak, that's pay exchange for time, right? But I want people to benefit from this. And if this meditation resonates with them, I want people to share that, right. Where it gets into issues as, you know, in any field, people, they'll try to monetize everything, right? And so that's when it gets shady. But you got to let that go and just know that the repercussions, you know, I'm happy. If anybody wants to use that and, you know, if they reference it, great. But this is about moving into the next phase of evolution and not about only one person using this. You know what I mean? Because if somebody reads this and they have that and they're able to share that and then, you know, that effect of it sort of moving forward, I'm cool with that. You know, anybody who wants to share it, because there's a big difference in there with the sacral. Right. If you read that is something that a lot of people don't talk about, you know, and so that was a very interesting thing I felt for the Heart Star meditation. But once you get used to it and you do it, you've already opened that energy, you're connecting to that. And so there's going to be more meditations, essentially, you know, that's amazing.
[00:18:47] Speaker A: I love it.
[00:18:48] Speaker B: Cool. Love it.
Yeah. Thanks so much for being on the show. I really enjoyed having you and I so far. I really enjoy your book. Like, I really. It's just lovely. Yeah.
